Jodie Ball (ANutr), is a Registered Associate Nutritionist specialising in weight loss and women's health. Having earned a BSc Nutrition (First Class with Honours) at Bournemouth University, you can feel confident the advice she provides is of the highest standard.

Jodie is passionate about helping women feel more confident and in control of their health through evidence-based nutrition + lifestyle changes.

Her approach is friendly, supportive and grounded in science — no fads or extremes, just clear guidance that fits into real life.

Client "S" approached me after being diagnosed as pre-diabetic with high cholesterol and recently prescribed blood pressure medication.
Within 6 months of working together she lost 16kg, reduced her HbA1c levels from 47mmol/l to 42mmol/l and clinically taken off blood pressure medication.
